Subscriptions & Billing
- Monthly plan renews until canceled; billing on the 15th.
- Setup fees: Beta $500, Founder $750, Early Adopter $1,000.
- Base includes 500 SMS/month. Overage: $0.15 initial, $0.10 follow‑up.
- Prices in CAD + applicable taxes.
Messaging & Usage
- Add-ons: 100 for $25 (no expiry), 1,000 for $200 (no expiry).
- Overage billed automatically when limits exceeded.
Eternal Price Lock
Monthly base price never increases. Vendor cost pass‑throughs only with 30 days’ notice.
Compliance
Missed‑call text-back flows align with CASL/TCPA defaults; you must use the service lawfully and honor opt‑outs.
Cancellation/Refunds
Cancel anytime to stop future renewals. Setup fees are non‑refundable. See Refund Policy.
